Si Viene siendo que las redes sociales son lo mas importante en esta nueva era de conectividad para una persona que quiere estar en el entorno social y conseguir amigos, hacerse conocer y ser reconocido, las redes sociales se han convertido de en un entorno de ventas por internet donde personas emprendedoras toman el gran potencial para vender su arte, sus servicios a un sin fin de personas que están interconectadas en una misma red social con infinitos gustos.
Pero esto no quiere decir que sea lo mas adecuado para una empresa, ya que una empresa debe mantener un rol y una jerarquía ante sus clientes, una cosa es que una persona que sea emprendedora venda productos mediante las redes sociales, puede pasar y hay caso se exitosos donde personas del común logran lo impensado, pero para hablar de que una empresa debe utilizar una red social para vender sus productos es formal y poco funcional.
Supongamos que hay una empresa que tiene su fan page y unos cuantos grupos en facebook para vender sus productos, todo muy bien y puede que venda pero en realidad la seriedad se va ver reflejada muy menudamente ante sus clientes, dudaran de la calidad de su producto y por ende no van a preferir comprar su producto en una red social.
Lo que propongo es crear una campaña de expectativa y socialmedia, donde se pauten los productos de la empresa pero dándole a mostrar a conocer el producto de la empresa a los usuarios de las redes sociales, mostrar profesionalismo y seriedad ante los clientes.
